Homeless Assistance Activities: Provision of fair housing counseling services, <br />provision of legal intervention to prevent homelessness, provision of operation funds for <br />shared housing, emergency shelter and transitional housing and related services for <br />homeless and those at risk of homelessness, youth and single persons. <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />LifeMoves is requesting funding to support our site-based emergency and transitional <br />housing programs and comprehensive support services for homeless families and <br />individuals. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />Shelter Operations CDBG will serve 200 Redwood City persons. <br /> <br />NOTE: Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
