Increase the supply of Affordable Rental housing; preserve existing affordable rental <br />housing, and improve the condition of existing housing (renter and owner). This goal <br />includes the provision of special needs housing: <br /> SNH-2: Improve the access special needs populations have to services. <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />The Housing Accessibility Modification (HAM) program will provide modifications to <br />homes of persons with disabilities to improve accessibility and increase safety. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />Housing Accessibility Modifications (HAM) will serve 9 Redwood City persons. <br /> <br />NOTE: Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
