REV: 07-20-21 SK <br /> <br />Fee Schedule <br />City will pay Program Administrator on an hourly and materials basis not to exceed <br />$363,366.35. <br />Lifemoves will invoice the City based on an expense based compensation model. <br />For example: <br />Case Manager works XX hours –invoice bills for XX hours <br />Lifemoves pays YY deposits and ZZ monthly subsidies (Client Assistance and Flex <br />Funds)–invoice bills for YY deposits and ZZ monthly subsidies. <br />Hourly rates: <br />Program Director: $36/Hour <br />Case Manager: $28/Hour <br />The below chart provides a breakdown of the budget by line item (labor, Client Assistance, <br />Flex Funds, materials. etc.).
