REV: 07-26-2021 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant shall provide professional civil and transportation engineering services to assist <br />the City’s Community Development & Transportation Department with transportation <br />projects on an as-needed basis. <br />The scope of services includes, but is not limited to the following potential activities: <br />Hopkins Traffic Safety Project <br />o Update the pilot evaluation with collision data from during the pandemic, <br />o Complete plans, specifications, and estimates for the project, <br />o Incorporate landscape concept design from the City into the project plans, <br />o Provide engineering support during construction. <br />Various small transportation planning and engineering projects, as requested. <br />FEE <br />CONSULTANT shall charge the standard hourly rates for services as listed below. Total <br />compensation for services shall not exceed Ninety-Nine Thousand Dollars ($99,000). <br />Schedule of Billing Rates <br />Job Title Hourly Rate <br />Analyst $120.00 - $155.00 <br />Engineer/Planner $160.00 - $195.00 <br />Senior Engineer/Planner $200.00 - $285.00 <br />CADD Operator*/Designer $110.00 - $180.00 <br />Administrator*/Accountant $85.00 - $150.00 <br />*Overtime work is charged at 1.5 times the normal billing rate for non-exempt staff. A charge <br />of 4.6% will also apply to the labor fee shown above for indirect expenses.
