REV: 11-09-2021 RL <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />1. Topographic Survey: <br />Consultant shall complete an additional topographic survey of the Mcgarvey Avenue and <br />Roosevelt Avenue intersection for the implementation of the permanent improvements <br />contemplated in the Agreement. <br />As part of this survey, Consultant shall identify and survey surface utilities and critical <br />items or conform locations for the plans being produced in all the Plans, Specifications & <br />Estimates packages. <br />2. Fee: <br />Flat Rate of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000) to be paid in full upon submission of the survey in a <br />form acceptable to the City Engineer and pursuant to an invoice consistent with Section 6, <br />Compensation, of the Agreement. <br />ATTY/AGR.2021 - Amend No. 1/Kimley-Horn Inc.
