REV: 06-15-2021 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scopes of Services: <br />Contractor shall supply tires and general vehicle repair services on a per unit and time <br />and materials basis. <br />Fee: <br />City shall pay Contractor for the supply of tires and general vehicle repair services on a <br />per unit or time and materials basis per the fee schedule below and in an amount not to <br />exceed Three Hundred Five Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Three Dollars ($357,823). <br />Contractor shall provide invoices following delivery of goods or services.
