COUNTERPARTS This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. 20. NOTICE AND CURE Any and all notices given to any party under this Agreement shall be given as provided in this paragraph. All notices given to either party shall be made by certified or registered United States mail, or personal delivery, at the noticing party’s discretion, and addressed to the Parties as set forth below. Notices shall be deemed, for all purposes, to have been given on the date of personal service or three consecutive calendar days following deposit of the same in the United States mail. In the event of breach of a material term hereof, the non-breaching party shall provide written notice thereof to the breaching party at the addresses below, and a cure period of ten business days. If, following that ten day period, the breaching party has failed to cure the breach, the non-breaching party may bring an action for breach of this Agreement. Electronic Signatures. Electronic signatures may be used in place of original signatures on this Agreement. Each Party intends to be bound by the signatures on the electronic document, is aware that the other Parties will rely on the electronic signatures, and hereby waives any defenses to the enforcement of the terms of this Agreement based on the use of an electronic signature. After all Parties agree to the use of electronic signatures, all Parties must sign the document electronically. [Signature Page Follows]
