REV: 08-16-2021 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant will partner with Redwood City Together to facilitate a retreat for its Leaders Council, <br />Executive Team and key community partners. The purpose of this meeting is to convene the <br />team as it prepares for the upcoming year. <br />Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <br />Facilitate a process where partners can contribute ideas and develop milestones for <br />each initiative <br />Weave in community building activities to create a positive environment where everyone <br />feels safe to voice varied perspectives while maintaining a sense of camaraderie <br />Outcomes: <br />Participants will connect through relational and interactive activities <br />Group members will have reviewed current and updated partnership goals <br />Identified milestones for the Wellness and Equity initiatives <br />Consultant will invoice RWC Together for the full amount upon completion of the retreat. <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.217/Alejandro Vilchez (Page 10 of 11)
