Either upload a scanned copy of both pages through the online applicant portal <br />under “Upload Signed Grant Agreement” or email to our grants management team at <br />grants@sunlightgiving.org by July 31, 2021; <br />•Only use the grant funds for purposes that are consistent with the federal and state rules for tax <br />exempt status; <br />•Adhere to the Grant Communication Guidelines found at this link: <br />https://sunlightgiving.org/grantmaking/communication-guidelines for recognition and media <br />related to Sunlight Giving and the grant. <br />•Participate in a form of evaluation (e.g. online survey, phone call, etc.) that the foundation may <br />conduct. <br />The foundation is pleased and honored to continue supporting your work.
