REV: 08-04-21 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services: <br />Contractor shall provide concrete and asphalt recycling services on an as-needed basis <br />at the request of the City. <br />Services will be billed at the per load rate listed in the fee schedule below. <br />Fee: <br />City shall pay Contractor on a per unit basis per the fee schedule below in an amount not <br />to exceed Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000) pursuant to monthly invoices consistent <br />with Section 6, Compensation.
