(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on May 10, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard. <br />M/S Reddy and Aguirre to: <br />1. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with the County of San Mateo regarding <br />permanent support housing for extremely low-income seniors at TownePlace Suites, <br />located at 1000 Twin Dolphin Drive; <br />2. Approve a Memorandum of Understanding with the County of San Mateo regarding the <br />new homeless shelter at the Pacific Inn, located at 2610 EI Camino Real; and <br />3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the agreements and make any <br />minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
