(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on May 24, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard, <br />M/S Aguirre and Gee to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a two-year <br />Agreement for Services with Pivot Interiors, Inc. for specialized design services and the <br />supply and installation of furniture in an amount not to exceed $500,000, including City <br />Manager authority to extend the Agreement for one additional two-year term, for a total <br />contract amount not to exceed $1,000,000. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll all vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
