(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on May 24, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and <br />Mayor Howard. <br />M/S Aguirre and Gee to determine that due to the nature of the services, competitive <br />bidding is not likely to serve the best interests of the City, and approve and authorize the <br />City Manager to execute an agreement for services with Groundwater and Environmental <br />Services, Inc. to provide groundwater remediation oversight and monitoring services in <br />an amount not to exceed $350,381 (requires 5/7 vote). <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll all vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
