(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />June 14, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br />M/S Aguirre and Gee to: <br />1. By motion, approve an Affordable Housing Loan Agreement, in an amount not to exceed <br />$898,503 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds, to Habitat for Humanity <br />Greater San Francisco for the construction of a 20 -unit, affordable ownership project located at <br />612 Jefferson Avenue; <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the agreement and make any <br />minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney; and <br />3. By motion, authorize the City Manager to take all actions necessary to complete this <br />transaction, including execution of any other necessary documents. <br />Motion passes 6-0-1 by roll call vote, with Mayor Howard recused. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
