(701) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />June 28, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br />M/S Aguirre and Espinoza-Garnica to: <br />1. By motion, approve the design of the Hopkins Avenue Traffic Safety Project and authorize staff <br />to put the project out to bid for construction; and <br />2.
