(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />July 26, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br />M/S Hale and Aguirre to: <br />1. By motion, approve the Parcel Map for lot merger at 1390 Woodside Road; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Subdivision Improvement <br />Agreement with 1390 Woodside LLC; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance <br />Agreement with 1390 Woodside LLC; <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment <br />Measures Maintenance Agreement with 1390 Woodside LLC; and <br />5.
