(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />July 26, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br />M/S Hale and Aguirre to: <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving an agreement for services with LifeMoves for an amount not to <br />exceed $363,366, with $330,333 allocated from Permanent Local Housing Allocation funds and <br />$33,033 from the General Fund, for the administration of a rapid rehousing program for <br />participants in the Temporary RV Safe Parking Program and approving an appropriation <br />amendment to the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 budget to increase revenues and expenditures by <br />$347,719 in Permanent Local Housing Allocation funds; <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager or designee to execute the agreement and make any <br />minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney; and <br />3. By motion, authorize the City Manager to take all actions necessary to complete this <br />transaction, including execution of any other necessary documents. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
