(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />August 23, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Espinoza-Garnica, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor <br />Howard. <br />M/S Reddy and Espinoza-Garnica to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />Amendment No. 1 to agreement with BKF Engineers in an amount not -to -exceed $95,000 for a <br />total amount of $445,000 for topographic surveying services, base map preparation, boundary <br />surveys, legal descriptions, etc. on an on-call, as needed basis for various City approved projects <br />and tasks. <br />Motion passes 7-0 by roll call vote. <br />(��* —V <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
