Successor Agency subprogram which is being adopted and appropriated by separate action <br />of the City Council acting in its capacity as the Successor Agency to the dissolved Redwood <br />City Redevelopment Agency) and the amounts designated for capital projects listed in the <br />Budget document's "Capital Improvement Program" section are appropriated. The amounts <br />designated for the debt service payments listed in the Recommended Budget document's <br />"City Debt" section and payments listed for assessment districts debt listed in the <br />document's "Fiduciary Funds" section are appropriated (except those for the Successor <br />Agency's debt which will be adopted and appropriated by a separate action of the Successor <br />Agency). The Beginning Balance in the Recommended Budget document's "Analysis of <br />Budget by Fund" and the Revenue Estimates for 2021-22 in the Budget document's <br />"Financial Summaries", as corrected by Exhibit A, including those for the Redwood City <br />Public Financing Authority and assessment and improvement districts but excepting those <br />for the Successor Agency, are appropriated. <br />CTION 3. Provision for Interim Exl2e!2ditureg After June 21: <br />Reaporopriations. The City Manager and Assistant City Manager of Administrative <br />Services are authorized and directed to charge expenses incurred prior to July 1, 2022 to <br />the appropriations of Fiscal Year 2021-22. The City Manager and Assistant City Manager <br />of Administrative Services are further authorized to pay all contractual obligations, including <br />but not limited to payroll, contracts, and other expenses, incurred between July 1, 2021 <br />and the date that the appropriations are adopted for Fiscal Year 2021-2022; to this end the <br />City Council, on behalf of the City, appropriates 1/12 of the amounts that were appropriated <br />for operating purposes in Fiscal Year 2021-2022 to each fund, to be effective July 1, 2022. <br />Upon adoption of a budget for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 this appropriation shall be <br />superseded. <br />SECTION 4. E—ffec#iyg Date and Operative Date.
