WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 budget will be amended to increase <br />revenues and expenditures from PLHA by $347,719; and <br />WHEREAS, $330,333.05 from PLHA funds will be allocated to human services and <br />$17,386.95 in PLHA funds will be allocated to regular salaries and wages. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY THAT: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct. <br />2. The City Council hereby approves an agreement for services with LifeMoves <br />in the amount of $330,333.05 from PLHA funds and $33,033.30 from the General Fund, for <br />a total amount not to exceed $363,366.35, to serve as the program administrator of the <br />rapid rehousing program for participants in the Temporary RV Safe Parking Program. <br />3. The City Council hereby allocates $17,386.95 in PLHA funds for the <br />administration of the PLHA grant. <br />4. The Housing Support Fund Fiscal Year 2021-2022 revenue budget shall <br />be increased by $347,719. <br />5. The Housing Support fund Fiscal Year 2021-2022 expenditure budget <br />shall be increased by $330,333.05 in human services and $17,386.95 in regular <br />salaries and wages for a total amount of $347,719. <br />6.
