EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services: <br />Contractor shall supply and install Fuel Drive fuel system hardware for seven fueling <br />sites as outlined in the fee schedule below. <br />Contractor shall start-up and test all systems prior to completion of services. <br />Contractor shall provide training to City staff for the use and installation of components <br />related to the Fuel Drive system. <br />Fee: <br />City shall pay Contractor on per unit basis in an amount not to exceed $75,000 per the <br />fee schedule below. City shall make payment to Contractor upon receipt of a correct <br />invoice and no more frequently than monthly.
