<br />The terms and conditions governing your warranty on FuelDrive products are located below. Such terms
<br />and conditions supersede all other terms, unless otherwise agreed by AssetWorks.
<br />3. Warranty Start Date
<br />The start date of the Limited Hardware Warranty (as described below) is the date this product is shipped
<br />from AssetWorks manufacturing plus three (3) months or the FuelDrive go live date, whichever comes
<br />first.
<br />4. Limited Hardware Warranty
<br />AssetWorks shall provide telephone support in accordance with this Agreement on the items hereinafter
<br />referred to as "Equipment". Equipment includes all parts on a Core -Return basis: front door panel board,
<br />keypad, two line back lit display, CPU board, pump board, card/key reader, power supply, flash disk,
<br />bypass card, heater set, power box, and junction board.
<br />AssetWorks shall provide CUSTOMER with replacement parts for all covered Equipment during the term
<br />of this Agreement. AssetWorks will dispatch the replacement parts to US Distributor locations and
<br />CUSTOMER or Distributor will return the replaced parts (broken parts) to AssetWorks. CUSTOMER will
<br />pay AssetWorks the full purchase price of replacement part if the replaced part is not returned to
<br />AssetWorks within thirty (30) days of the dispatch of the replacement part.
<br />The following repairs are not covered by this replacement service program: repairs necessitated by water,
<br />fire, abuse, theft, vandalism, operator error or lack of knowledge, power surges or failure, any condition
<br />not encountered during normal operation, tampering or adjusting by persons who do not represent
<br />AssetWorks, CUSTOMER's failure to perform normal preventive maintenance as recommended by
<br />AssetWorks in its Installation Manual, accessories attachments or other devices not furnished by
<br />AssetWorks, and expendable items such as magnetic card, printer ribbons, fuses, bulbs, and similar items
<br />and supplies. For repairs that are not covered, AssetWorks and/or an approved distributor will provide the
<br />services on a time a materials basis. At all times before AssetWorks actually repairs the equipment
<br />pursuant to the terms of this section, AssetWorks agrees to provide CUSTOMER with an estimate and
<br />shall commence repairs only after receiving written authorization to make such repairs from CUSTOMER.
<br />Upon a Hardware System Failure, AssetWorks will repair or replace such product hardware within fourteen
<br />(14) working days of its receipt of the failed hardware, if in advance of its receipt, such hardware
<br />(1) was evaluated by AssetWorks Technical Support in person or via telephone, and (2) received a
<br />Technical Support RMA number from AssetWorks.
<br />Further, the product hardware must be shipped, shipment pre -paid, to AssetWorks, and the RMA number
<br />must be clearly indicated on the shipping box and papers.
<br />Problems caused by faulty installation are not covered under this warranty. This warranty applies only if
<br />the equipment has been installed and used in accordance with the AssetWorks Installation Manual.
<br />Use of service personnel other than qualified AssetWorks service providers without prior written approval
<br />of the FuelDrive product manager will void the warranty claim.
<br />Use of non FuelDrive replacement parts, defects caused by the use of unauthorized addition of non
<br />FuelDrive parts, or by the unauthorized alteration of FuelDrive parts or equipment will void this warranty.
<br />Damage suffered by FuelDrive equipment resulting from shipping, accident, power surges, neglect,
<br />misuse, acts of Nature, or abuse are not covered by this warranty.
<br />5. Technical Support Access
<br />During the warranty period, toll free phone support is offered 5 days perweek (8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern,
<br />Monday through Friday, except holidays). Calls left after hours will be returned the next business day.
<br />6. Warranty Limitations
<br />AssetWorks' warranties as set forth herein ("Warranty") are contingent on proper use of the FuelDrive
