Attachment 3 — Fee Schedule <br />CUSTOMER shall pay Assetworks on an annual basis for the services outlined in Attachment 2 and per <br />the fee schedule below for Term 1. If renewed, pricing for Term 2 shall be negotiated for an increase upon <br />the annual cost listed in Term 1, consistent with current the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rate for the San <br />Francisco Bay Area, with the total increase not to exceed 5%. The negotiated price increase for the first <br />year of Term 2 shall remain the same for all remaining years of the Term.
