REV: 08-09-2021 RL <br />Exhibit “A” <br />DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND FEE <br />Vendor shall supply two Hi-Tech 1500 GPM Fire Engine per the specification of the <br />Vendor’s 2013 Agreement with the City of San Jose. Any change orders for the build shall <br />be identified during inspection processes prior to delivery of final goods. Total <br />compensation under this Agreement shall be for a not to exceed amount of One Million <br />Six Hundred Eighteen Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Six Dollars and Seventy-Five <br />Cents ($1,618,346.75). Fees for Hi-Tech Type I 1500 GPM Fire Engines and RC Door <br />Holders & PVC Sealed Switches shall be on a per unit basis, plus sales tax, per the fee <br />schedule below. Fees for contingencies for mid-inspection modifications shall be on a <br />time and materials basis not to exceed $20,000 per vehicle. <br />Description Qty.
