RESOV~D by the Council of the Ci'ty of RedyTood City that Whereas certain weeds 'are growing in the City of Redwood City upon all of tne sidellalks, streets, avenues, roads, bouleva.rds and high- ways in said city and upon all the lots and property in said city, which weeds are of a kind which bear seeds of a wlngy or downy nature and will attain suoh large grow~n as to become a fire menaoe when dry; and whereas said weeds constitute a pUblic nuisance; NOli, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY' DECLARED that the said weeds do now oonstitute and will continue to constitute a public nuisance and it is hereby ordered tna~ the said public nuisance be abated in the manner provided by Ordinance No. 333 of the City or Redwood City, passed and adopted on tne 14th day of Maroh, 1932, Which ordinance 1s now on file 1n the office 01" the Clerk of the 01 ty of' Redl-TOod C1 ty and. to which ordinance reference is hereby made and the same 1s made a part hereof, The sidewalks, streets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highways upon which, and the lots anti property upon willeh such nuisance exists, are all the sidewalks, s~reets, avenues, roads, boulevards and highlvays and all line lots and property 1n said City of Redwood City and all the lots and property fronting upon any sidewalk, .street, avenue, road, "boulevard or highl-ray 1n'said City of Redwood City, The Superintendent of Streets of the City of Redwood City . is hereby dlrec1ied to give the nOli1ee required by saiel o'rdlna.nce, and 11e shall cause notices to be immedilt~ely posted 1n front of the property, as designated 1n this resolution, And Monday, the 5th day of April, 1949, at the hour of g:OO 1.
