6/11/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14239 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br />ENGIENEERING SERVICES - WATER RECYCLING FEASIBILITY <br />STUDY <br />(KENNEDY /JENKS CONSULTANTS) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to perform a water <br />recycling feasibility study in the City of Redwood City (the "Project'); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting engineering services; and <br />WHEREAS, Kennedy /Jenks Consultants of Palo Alto, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br />aforesaid services for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement — Professional Consulting <br />Engineering Services — Water Recycling Feasibility Study" (form dated 06/04/01), <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and Kennedy /Jenks Consultants for the performance of the above- <br />mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />Reso -1172 1 <br />FXS:djk <br />S hared /Redwood /Council <br />06/04/01 <br />
