d) Property owner shall pay the fees for any construction permit in <br />connection with all above improvements, and shall pay associated costs for <br />plan review and inspections; <br />e) Property owner shall adhere to all the review comments and conditions <br />of service stated bythe City; and <br />f) Execution and recordation of a Sanitary Sewer Services Utilities <br />Maintenance Agreementforthe Property. <br />4.
