C) Property owner's installation of a new sewer service lateral, private <br />manhole and a new sewer main extension as shown on Plans approved by <br />the City; <br />d) Property owner shall pay the fees for any construction permit in <br />connection with all above improvements, and shall pay associated costs for <br />plan review and inspections; <br />e) The owner of the property shall adhere to all the review comments <br />and conditions of service stated bythe City; and <br />D Execution and recordation of a Sanitary Sewer Services Utilities <br />Maintenance Agreement for the Property. <br />4.
