The final <br />design shall also include the design and specification for the coating of the <br />tank. Deliverables: 3 hard copies of 100% wet stamped full plan sets, Seals <br />page for Technical Specifications, and Engineer’s Estimate. Services shall include reviewing RFI’s, reviewing all material <br />submittals for general conformance with the plans and specifications, and <br />preparing all plan and specification revisions. Consultant shall perform field <br />investigations as needed to prepare plan revisions. Consultant shall prepare <br />the final as-built plans. Deliverables: 3 hard copies of final plan sheet revisions <br />and a PDF of all revised technical specifications. Bulletins for all revisions. PDF <br />copies of stamped and signed material submittal reviews. PDF copies of RFI <br />responses.
