REV: 07-16-2021 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will provide intermittent to full time on-site observation and field density testing <br />Services (rough estimate of required man-days in parentheses) as follows: <br />1.Site demolition and grading (3.0 MD) <br />2. Building pad overexcavation, chemical treatment, backfill and recompaction (15.0 <br />MD) <br />3. New building foundation excavation observation (2.0 MD) <br />4. Subgrade preparation and compaction for concrete flatwork areas (8.0 MD) <br />5. Baserock compaction for concrete flatwork areas (2.0 MD) <br />6. Subgrade preparation and compaction for asphalt pavement areas (8.0 MD) <br />7. Baserock compaction for concrete vehicular asphalt pavement areas (4.0 MD) <br />8. Utility trench backfill compaction (10.0 MD) <br />9. Office support and material submittal review and approval, response to RFI’s, site <br />meetings and consultation (5.0 MD) <br />10.Preparation of required interim and closeout documents (3.0 MD) <br />This budget is based on the estimated time period to complete the work as presented <br />above. Delays due to inclement weather, construction periods longer or shorter than <br />those estimated, or reinspection/retesting of unsatisfactory work could result in an <br />increase or decrease of our costs accordingly. <br />Field observation services including office supervision, and the necessary office and <br />laboratory work, will be provided in accordance with the terms and rates of the Schedule <br />of Fees and Conditions provided below. <br />ATTY/AGR.2021.190/Cleary (Page 10 of 11)
