REV: 02-03-2022 RL <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will provide electrical engineering & site lighting design to support upgrades <br />to the playground in Dolphin Park located at 300 Quay Lane, Redwood City, CA. <br />Task 1: Electrical Engineering & Site Lighting Design <br /> One (1) site visit by the electrical engineering team to ascertain field conditions <br />1. Provide electrical engineering services for the creation of local jurisdiction <br />permit documents for the proposed landscaping renovations. <br />2. Coordinate building requirements with City of Redwood City for lighting and <br />power. <br />3. Prepare NRCC‐LTO forms and photometric for bollard/area lights as directed. <br />4. Coordinate points of connection with City. <br />5. Address any comments for approval and preparation of final construction <br />documents to be used for bidding. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />Digital copy of the topographic survey in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 format. <br />Total: $6,500 to be paid once digital copy of the topographic survey in AutoCAD Civil <br />3D 2018 format is received, pursuant to an invoice consistent with Section 6, <br />Compensation, of the Agreement. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022/Amend No.3/O'Dell Engineering (Page 4 of 4)
