REV: 05-27-2022 RL <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will provide sub-surface drainage information to accommodate for water that <br />might infiltrate bellow the rubberized surfacing of the playground in Dolphin Park located <br />at 300 Quay Lane, Redwood City, CA. <br />Task 1: Grading & Sub-Surface Drainage Utility Updates <br />1.Update grading plans (surface and sub-surface) to include sub-surface utility <br />information. <br />2.Provide additional detailed information with regards to pipe sizing, slopes and <br />connection to the existing storm system closest to playground. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />Update Grading and Utility Plans <br />Additional utility details with regards to sub-surface pipe types and sizing <br />Total: $3,000 to be paid in one installment upon submission of a digital copy of the <br />information by AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 format, pursuant to an invoice consistent <br />with Section 6, Compensation, of the Agreement. <br />ATTY/AGR.2022-Amend No. 4/O'Dell Engineering (Page 4 of 4)
