REV: 09-20-2021 RL <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> <br />Consultant will provide topographic survey and mapping for Dolphin Park at 300 Quay Lane, <br />Redwood Shores, CA in preparation for design renovation project. <br />Task: Topographic surveying to prepare a base map for the development of improvement plans <br />to replace existing playground at Dolphin Park. <br />1. Perform topographic survey of all hardscape and softscape, including grade breaks, high <br />points, and low points. In flat areas, measure spot elevations in a grid pattern at 25-foot <br />intervals. <br />2. Locate surface-visible utility features and improvements such as: signs, fences, walls, <br />buildings, striping, driveways, walkways, drainages, structures, lights, poles, bollards, <br />general limits of vegetated or landscaped areas, USA markings, vaults, valves, meters, <br />boxes, pedestals, cleanouts, manholes, drain inlets, catch basins, culverts, outfalls, and <br />standpipes. <br />3. Trees 6” in diameter or larger will be located. <br />4. Prepare topographic map at 1”=20’ scale. <br />Deliverable: Digital copy of the topographic survey in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 format. <br />TOTAL: $7,750 to be paid once digital copy of the topographic survey in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 <br />format is received. <br />ATTY/AGR.2021 - Amend No. 1/O'Dell Engineering (Page 3 of 3)
