REV: 11-02-21 RL <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br /> <br />Consultant will provide additional topographic survey and mapping for Dolphin Park at <br />300 Quay Lane, Redwood Shores, CA in preparation for the design renovation project. <br />This additional area is identified in the map below. <br />Task: Topographic Survey and Mapping <br />Topographic surveying to prepare a base map for the development of improvement <br />plans to replace the existing playground at Dolphin Park. <br />1.Perform topographic survey of all hardscape and softscape, including: grade <br />breaks, high points, low points. In flat areas, measure spot elevations in a grid <br />pattern at 25‐foot intervals. <br />2.Locate surface‐visible utility features and improvements, such as: signs, fences, <br />walls, buildings, striping, driveways, walkways, drainages, structures, lights, <br />poles, bollards, general limits of vegetated or landscaped areas, USA markings, <br />vaults, valves, meters, boxes, pedestals, cleanouts, manholes, drain inlets, catch <br />basins, culverts, outfalls, and standpipes. <br />3.Trees 6” in diameter or larger will be located. <br />4.Prepare topographic map at a 1” = 20’ scale. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />Digital copy of the topographic survey in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 format. <br />Total: $6,500 to be paid once digital copy of the topographic survey in AutoCAD Civil 3D <br />2018 format is received. <br />ATTY/AGR.2021/Amend No. 2/O'Dell Engineering (Dolphin Park) (Page 4 of 5)
