<br />Resolution 5~ t <br /> <br />FVIV() oS <br />Resolution requesting authority to transferAfrom the <br />General Fund to the 1944 Series City Bond Fund pending <br />receipt of funds from $600,000 Bond issue approved on <br />April 15,1948 <br /> <br />Resolved and it is hereby ordered that the sum of. <br />$40,000 in the General Reserve Fund be transferred to <br />General Fund Cash. <br /> <br />Be it further resolved and ordered that ,this $40,000 <br />be loaned to the 1944 Series Bond Fund,to be repaid upon <br />receipt of monies from the issue of $600,000 approved April 15 <br />and funds to be received on or about June 15,194g. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of April,1948 <br />by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes,and in favor of the passage and adoption of he <br />foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen :Brltsohgi, Granger, Holmquistl McNulty, swift, <br />Werder and Hilton <br />Noes,and opposed to the passage and adoption of the <br />foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen: None. <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Att8St:~~ ~~ <br />Clerk of City of Reood City. <br />~ <br />I,hereby,approve the foregoing resolution this~ of <br />April,1948. ~.U-:~--- <br /> <br />Hayor of the Ci ty of Redwood Ci ty. <br /> <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />
