<br />t;; ;' <br /> <br />'" . <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 567 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECONVEYANCE <br />OF REAL ESTATE UNDER THE PROVISIONS <br />OF SECTION 3807.5 OF THE REVENUE AND <br />TAXATION CODE (LOT 11, BLOCK 46, <br />CENTRAL PARK 2) <br /> <br />V1HEREAS real property hereinafter described was duly <br />deeded on the 26th day of Oc tober, 194.5, to the C1 t~r of Redwood <br /> <br />City, pursuant to the provisions of Division 1, Part 6, Chapter <br /> <br /> <br />8, Article 1, of the Revenue and Taxation Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS said City of Redwood City has not sold the <br /> <br />hereinafter described property within the period contained in <br /> <br />the agreement under ",]'hich said property vJas d.eecled to the C1 ty <br /> <br />of Red"Vlood Ci ty; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of <br /> <br />Redwood City does hereby authorize the reconveyance to the <br /> <br /> <br />state of California, under the provisions of. Section 3807.5 of <br /> <br /> <br />the Revenue and Taxation Code, of the following described prop- <br /> <br />erty: <br /> <br />Lot 11, Block 46 CENTRAL PARK 2, <br />'which me.I> was filed in the office <br />of the Recorder of the dount:y- of- <br />San Mateo.
