<br />-~~ <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 571 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE CONTRACT FOR MAINTENANCE OF <br />UNION CEI{ETERY BY THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS the State of California, through i~s Ohief, <br />Building and Grounds Division, Department of Finance, has <br />requested the City of Redwood City to maintain Union <br />Cemetery; and <br />WHEREAS the State of California has agreed to pay to <br />the City of Redwood City the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Five <br />Dollars ($195.00) per month for the period from April 15, <br />1947 to and including June 30, 1948; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Manager <br />of the City of Redwood City be, and he is hereby, authorized <br />to execute the contract dated April 27, 1948, by and between <br />the state of California, through Chief, Building and Grounds <br />Division, Department of Finance, and the City of Redwood City, <br />for the maintenance of the real property owned by the State of <br />California and commonly known as Union Cemetery, which ceme- <br />tery consists of approximately six (6) acres in the City of <br />Redwood City, San Mateo County, California. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
