<br />Recommendation: <br />Approve, by motion, Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement <br />with Moffat & Nichol for design and engineering services for the Redwood Shores <br />Lagoon System Dredging project in the amount of $21,545.00 and authorize the <br />City Manager to increase the amendment amount up to 100/0 if necessary. <br />MO-09-195 <br />F. Public Allies San Francisco/Silicon Valley Agreement for AmeriCorps Positions at <br />Fair Oaks Community Center. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve and authorize the City Manager to sign the Public Allies San <br />Francisco/Silicon Valley Agreement 2009-2010 for AmeriCorps Service Positions <br />at Fair Oaks Community Center and the Public Allies San Francisco/Silicon Valley <br />Memorandum of Understanding 2009-2010. <br />MO-09-196 <br />G. Memorandum of Understanding between the City of San Carlos and the City of <br />Redwood City for improvements to the San Carlos Levee. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve by motion, the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of San <br />Carlos and the City of Redwood City for improvements to the San Carlos Levee <br />and authorize the City Manager to execute the same. <br />MO-09-200 <br />H. Professional services agreement for initial review and analysis of the "Saltworks <br />50/50 Balanced Plan" entitlement application dated May, 2009. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />By motion: <br />1. Approve the professional services agreement with Hart Howerton, Ltd. for initial <br />review and analysis of the "Saltworks 50/50 Balanced Plan" entitlement <br />application in an amount not to exceed $334,264.00, and authorize the City <br />Manager to execute the agreement. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to amend the scope of the professional services <br />agreement with Hart Howerton, Ltd. as necessary, including the addition, <br />reduction, or elimination of sub-consultants and/or their specific scope of work, <br />up to a not-to-exceed amount of $450,000.00. <br />3. Direct the City Manager to return to the Council within six weeks with a <br />reimbursement agreement between the City of Redwood City and the applicant, <br />Redwood City Industrial Saltworks, LLC., to fully cover all costs associated with <br />the Hart Howerton professional services agreement. <br /> <br />MO-09-201 <br /> <br />6.2 Section - Final Acceptance <br /> <br />A.
