Legislation (information only) - This sub-section involves possible discussion of <br />City Position on Proposed Legislation described in the League of California Cities <br />City Advocate Weekly Issue No. 32-2009, 33-2009, and 34-2009. Council Member Aguirre - North Fair Oaks Clean up day is coming up on <br />September 19, and all are invited to attend and participate. <br />2. Council Member Bain <br />3. Vice Mayor Howard - Clean- up day is September 19 and she announced the <br />various partners who will support this event. <br />7. Mayor Foust - Fiestas Patrias is this Wednesday at Courthouse Square and <br />Salsa festival on September 26, 2009 <br /> <br />10.
