ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council, and <br />will be enacted by one motion and one vote. The Consent Calendar category is <br />limited to 15 minutes of comment to be all as determined by the Mayor. If you wish to <br />speak to items on the Consent Calendar, please complete a speaker's card and give it <br />to the Deputy City Clerk. <br /> <br />MOTION: Waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, <br />adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br /> <br />6.1 Section - Motion <br /> <br />A. Skinner, Fire Chief 780-7451 jskinner@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Amend the Fire Department budget for Fiscal Year 2009-10 to include estimated <br />revenues of $48,450 and to create the appropriation in the amount of $48,450 for <br />Emergency Operations - Disaster Mitigation Plan, Account Number 150.62260.50. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2009-2010 EMERGENCY OPERATIONS <br />BUDGET TO ADD FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) GRANT <br />FUNDING FOR A DISASTER MITIGATION PLAN <br /> <br />6.3 Section - Claims and Warrants <br /> <br />A.
