<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />JOINT MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD <br /> <br />September 14.2009 <br />MO. 09-201 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />September 15,2009 <br /> <br />City Attorney <br />City Manager <br />Planning, Housing, and Economic Development <br /> <br />Attention: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Professional services agreement for initial review and analysis of the <br />"Saltworks SO/50 Balanced Plan" entitlement application dated May, <br />2009. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.1 H (304) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on September 14, 2009. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Hartnett, Ira, Pierce, Vice Mayor Howard and <br />Mayor Foust <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />M/S Howard/Bain to (1) approve the professional services agreement with Hart <br />Howerton, Ltd. for initial review and analysis of the "Saltworks SO/50 Balanced <br />Plan" entitlement application in an amount not to exceed $334,264.00, and <br />authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement; (2) authorize the City <br />Manager to amend the scope of the professional services agreement with Hart <br />Howerton, Ltd. as necessary, including the addition, reduction, or elimination of <br />sub-consulta ~... and/or their specific scope of work, up to a not-to-exceed <br />amount of ~50,000.00; and, (3) direct the City Manager to return to the Council <br />within six eeks with a reimbursement agreement between the City of Redwood <br />ityan the applicant, Redwood City Industrial Saltworks, LLC., to fully cover all <br />costs sociated with the Hart Howerton professional services agreement. <br /> <br />he otion passed by .unanimous electronic roll call vote by all those present. <br />
