<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />USE OF GRANT <br /> <br />Latino Leadership Council of San Mateo County (LLC) shall provide event and <br />promotional services that include the following: <br /> <br />. Secure 7 films to be shown over the course of three days (November 6-8, 2009) <br />at Century Theaters in Downtown Redwood City. <br />. Provide a short description of each film, in English and Spanish and at least one <br />photo from each film for the RCILFF publicity use. <br />. Schedule a "Special Event Gala" with invited filmmaker to be held in downtown <br />Redwood City for approximately 200 attendees. LLC will coordinate the <br />transportation and accommodations of the filmmaker. <br />. Create and send at least three email notifications as appropriate, of the RCI LFF <br />to its existing email mailing list of 10,000 beginning no later than September 15, <br />2009. <br />. Provide the Agency with a hard copy label-formatted mailing list (4,860 individual <br />and 1,800 organizations) by September 7, 2009 for one-time use in RCILFF <br />marketing and invitations. <br />. Save the date cards will be created and mailed out in mid to late September. <br />. Programs will be developed and mailed out to approximately 5,000 individuals <br />and organizations in mid October. <br />.
