<br />-'J' ~~' ~.~ <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 587 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING DEED FROM CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />TO JAMES HICKERSON <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Redwood City has <br />heretofore given public notice soliciting bids for the real pro- <br />perty hereinafter described for the time and in the manner re- <br /> <br />quired by law; and <br />WHEREAS the said JAMES HICKERSON did bid Ithe sum of $350.00 <br /> <br />for said property, which said bid was the highest and best bid <br /> <br />received for said property and is as much as, or more than, the <br />minimum price fixed by Resolution No. 580 as the purchase price <br /> <br />for said property, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City that said City of Redwood City sell and convey by deed <br /> <br />to JAMES HICKERSON the real property hereinabove referred to <br /> <br />situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State <br /> <br />of California, and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 13 in Block 48 as shown on that certain map <br />entitled uMAP NO. 2 OF CENTRAL PARK, REDWOOD CITY, <br />SAN MATEO~ filed in the office of the County Re- <br />corder of. San Mateo County July 20, 1912 in Book <br />8 of Maps at pages 15 and 16, <br /> <br />for said sum of $350.00, paid concurrently with the delivery of <br /> <br />said deed. <br /> <br />FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the Clerk of this City <br />be, and they are, hereby authorized to execute such deed for and <br />on behalf of said City. <br /> <br />i*" -3~ * <br />
