HIGAKI ' <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Redwood City has <br />heretofore given public notice soliciting bids for the real pro- <br />perty hereinafter described for the time and in the manner re- <br />quired by law; and <br />WHEREAS the said H. HIGAKI did bid the sum of $650.00 for <br /> <br />said property, which said bid was the highest and best bid <br /> <br />received for said property and is as much as, or more than, the <br />minimum price fixed by Resolution No. 580 as the purchase price <br /> <br />for said property, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of Redwood City that said City of Redwood City sell and convey <br />by deed to H. HIGAKI the real property hereinabove referred to <br />situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State <br />of california, and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 22 and 23 in Block 2 as shown on that cer- <br />tain map anti tIed "AIVIENDED MAP, RESUBDIVISION OF <br />Lot No. 46 REESE SUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF THE <br />REDWOOD FARM" filed in the office of the County <br />Recorder of San Mateo County May 11, 1911 in Book <br />7 of Maps at page 40, <br /> <br />for said sum of $650.00, paid comcurrently with the delivery of <br /> <br />said deed. <br /> <br />FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the Clerk of this City <br />be, and they are, hereby authorized to execute such deed for and <br />on behalf of said City. <br /> <br />~~ i} 1~ <br />
