significant effects previously examined would be substantially more severe than <br />shown in the El R; (iii) that mitigation measures or alternatives previously found not <br />to be feasible would in fact be feasible and would substantially reduce one or more <br />significant effects, but the City Council declined to adopt such measures; or (iv) <br />that mitigation measures or alternatives considerably different from those analyzed <br />previously would substantially reduce one or more significant effects on the <br />environment, but which the City Council declined to adopt. <br />4. Upon approval of the Exchange Agreement by the City Council, the City <br />Clerk or his/her designee is hereby directed to file a Notice of Determination with County <br />Clerk of the County of San Mateo pursuant to the provisions of Section 21152 of CEQA <br />and Section 15094 of the State CEQA Guidelines. <br />5. The documents and materials that constitute the record of proceedings <br />upon which this Resolution is based are located at the City of Redwood City Office of the <br />City Clerk at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California. The custodian for these <br />records is the City Clerk of the City of Redwood City. <br />6.
