A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY CONSIDERING AN ADDENDUM, WITH THE 1548 MAPLE STREET PROJECT FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT, FOR THE DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE REAL PROPERTY EXCHANGE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT

significant effects previously examined would be substantially more severe than <br />shown in the El R; (iii) that mitigation measures or alternatives previously found not <br />to be feasible would in fact be feasible and would substantially reduce one or more <br />significant effects, but the City Council declined to adopt such measures; or (iv) <br />that mitigation measures or alternatives considerably different from those analyzed <br />previously would substantially reduce one or more significant effects on the <br />environment, but which the City Council declined to adopt. <br />4. Upon approval of the Exchange Agreement by the City Council, the City <br />Clerk or his/her designee is hereby directed to file a Notice of Determination with County <br />Clerk of the County of San Mateo pursuant to the provisions of Section 21152 of CEQA <br />and Section 15094 of the State CEQA Guidelines. <br />5. The documents and materials that constitute the record of proceedings <br />upon which this Resolution is based are located at the City of Redwood City Office of the <br />City Clerk at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California. The custodian for these <br />records is the City Clerk of the City of Redwood City. <br />6.
