(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />September 27, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor Howard. <br />M/S Aguirre and Gee to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to <br />the Agreement for Services with Gilbane Building Company for project management services for <br />Phase I of the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center -YMCA Project in the amount of $53,152 <br />for a total amount of $2,969,196. <br />Motion passes 6-0-1 by roll call vote, with Council Member Espinoza-Garnica absent. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
