(304, 609) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority Meeting on <br />September 27, 2021. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Gee, Hale, Reddy, Smith and Mayor Howard. <br />M/S Reddy and Hale to: <br />1. Adopt a resolution considering an addendum to the 1548 Maple Street Project Final <br />Environmental Impact Report for the development activities associated with the Real Property <br />Exchange Agreement between the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo in <br />accordance with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving the Real Property Exchange Agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and the County of San Mateo and authorizing the City Manager to execute <br />documents necessary to effectuate the land exchange transaction; and <br />3. By motion, direct and authorize the City Manager or her designee to enter into a tri -party <br />agreement (Tri -Party Agreement) with 1548 Maple LLC and the County, to facilitate construction <br />activities and interim access, including among other things, <br />(1) the City and/or County allowing 1548 Maple LLC and its contractors and subcontractors to <br />use for construction -related vehicular parking, lay down storage space and excess soil storage <br />and fill importation, as applicable, <br />(a) mutually acceptable portions of the 1580 Maple parcel that will not be needed for <br />continued operation of the existing County homeless shelter as authorized by the <br />Leaseback Agreement, and <br />(b) mutually acceptable portions of the 1469 Maple City Parcel, and <br />(2) 1548 Maple LLC agreeing to allow City to deliver Blomquist Extension right-of-way rights <br />over the 1580 Maple Property by May 1, 2023 or such a date at the parties may agree, all on <br />terms, including City's standard insurance and indemnity requirements, approved by the City <br />Attorney. <br />Motion passes 6-0-1 by roll call vote, with Council Member Espinoza-Garnica absent. <br />aKe,&��u -�e <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
