<br />allotment to be used for the purpose of defraying the cost of <br />preparing said completed plans required), for a specific project <br />to be undertaken by local agency and described as JlMunicipal <br />Sewage Disposal Projeot"; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the estimated cost of prepar- <br />ing such plans is Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Two and <br />90/100 Dollars ($19,842.90) and that local agency has made provi- <br />sion for paying one-half or more of the cost of preparing such <br />plans; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that for the purposes of this <br />application, E. A. Rolison, City Manager, City Hall, Redwood <br />City, California, be and he hereby is designated as the authorized <br />agent of local agency and is hereby authorized and directed to <br />sign the above-mentioned application on beha~f of the local agency <br />and submit the same to the Director of Finance and/or the State <br />Allocation Board together with a certified statement of the <br />estimated cost of preparing such plans and such other information <br />as may be required; and said authorized agent is further authorized <br />and directed as the representative of local agency to conduct all <br />negotiations and conclude all arrangements, including submission <br />to the Director of Finance of applications for reimbursement, which <br />may be necessary to secure reimbursement for the State's share of <br />the expenditures made in preparing said completed plans. <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />... <br />
