, vffiEREAS said Council did proceed, on the 4th day of October, 1948, with said hearing, and after considering all objections made and received, does determine that due and legal notice of said hearing was given as required by the ordinances of the Ci ty of Red\vood Ci ty, as appears from the affidavit of L. M. DUNCAN on file in the office of the City Clerk; NOVl, THEREJ:l'ORE, BE IT HESOLVED by the Council of the Ci ty of Redwood City and said Council does hereby declare the build- ings or structures situated upon the real property hereinabove described to be a public nuisance, and does hereby direct the owner thereof to abate said nuisance within thirty (30) days from the adoption of this resolution by having said buildings razed or removed, and if said buildings are not so abated by said owner, the Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to raze or remove said buildings, and that the expenses thereof be made a lien on the lot or par- cel of land from which said buildings or structures are removed and which is hereinabove described. it- i~ if- -l~ it- * Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th day of October, 1948, by the following vote: AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the fore- gS}}njL:/e~/9fLuAt}~ ~en: ~.
