<br />636 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF PROPOSED <br />ANNEXA':eION OF KLANG PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, proceedings for the annexation to the City <br />of Redwood City of the territory hereinafter described have been <br />commenced by A. KL~~G filing a petition for annexation; and <br />~1rEREAS, the area proposed to be annexed is described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 as shown on that <br />certain map entitled "Tract No. 523, Subdivision <br />of Portion of Horgan Ranch, San Mateo County, <br />Calif.H, which map w~s filed in the office of the <br />Recorder of San Mateo County, State of Californ~a, <br />on March 17, 1940, in Liber 23 of Maps at page 40; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said petition has been filed with and received <br /> <br />by the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE- IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Redwood City does by this reso- <br /> <br />lution give notice of such proposed annexation, does hereby <br /> <br />designate said territory as the Klang Property, and does further <br /> <br /> <br />fix Monday, the 3rd day of January, 1949 at the hour of 8:00 <br /> <br />0' clock P. IvI. at the Council Chambers in the City Hall at Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty, California as the d ay, hour and place when and where any <br /> <br />person owning real property within such territory so proposed to <br /> <br />be annexed and having any objections to the proposed annexation <br /> <br />may appear before the City Council and show cause why such <br />territory should not be annexed. <br />
